Orders

We aim to ship your order within 24hrs of receiving.

Orders made over weekends or NZ public holidays will be packed & dispatched the following Monday or next business day.   

We will remain in contact with shipment company & do our best to make sure your package arrives to you safely & as quickly as possible. Some rare shipment delays within courier companies are out of our control, Please contact carrier directly with tracking number for most recent updated information & location status. Once package is with courier it is no longer within our responsibility.

Khaos Kouture offers shipping Within New Zealand & Internationally! 

For all local shipments within NZ, We use NZ POST.

AKL Region - Overnight

NZ Nationwide - 2-3 Business days

For all International orders we use DHL EXPRESS - 2-5 Days. 

 

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country depending on order amount. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser & are not the responsibility of Khaos Kouture. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. If you are concerned please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
